Our Healthy Superhero - by our 4 year old.

Plum Baby and Tots 100 set a challenge to Blogger's younger children to design their own healthy superhero. I put the youngest member of our family, our 4 year old, on to the challenge.

He had strong ideas immediately. He's been talking to a Dentist at school and knows sugar is not healthy. He keeps warning us all to stop adding sugar to our food - whatever we're eating! He also knows that fruit is much better for you than sweets, and is keen to get that message across, so fruit features strongly with his Superhero.

Meet FruitMan!

As you can clearly see, FruitMan is surrounded by fruit at all times - he has 'magic yellow powers'. His main superpower is 'giving out fruit' to people he meets. He has a giant pear, some oranges and a nice juicy red apple ready for distribution.

FruitMan's magic yellow powers mean he can 'take chilli hot fire spice out of food' and he has a red magic power that is fire - in case people want spice in their foods. (FruitMan's not really keen on Chilli, but appreciates that other people like it - coincidentally the same as our 4 year old artist).

FruitMan surprisingly has very strong eyebrows, which I feel give him a bit of a disappointed face - maybe he's spotted someone eating junk food?
