Celtic Herbal Winter Woodland Gifts Christmas Present Giveaway (sent for review)

I've got a very special and somewhat traditional giveaway tonight. Courtesy of Celtic Herbal one of my readers can win Frankincense! Welsh company Celtic Herbal make excellent quality handmade products which last an incredibly long time and are indulgent just as much as they are relaxing.

They've offered a Pine & Frankincense Winter Woodland bundle with a soy candle and a very smart reed diffuser, as a prize in my Christmas Present Giveaways.

I have used Celtic Herbal myself for a while now. I love their products. They are not inexpensive, but they last so long and work so well, that you really get your money's worth. I've used their Exotic Wood & Ylang Ylang Bath Oil for the last 9 months and it's a true treat every time.

Celtic Herbal are a very natural company and use genuine essential oils, so you aren't only creating a smell, you are soothing your body and soul. Their products are made with excellent ingredients and they don't test on animals. They don't use sulphates, parabens, chemical preservatives, petroleum or palm oil.

The Winter Woodland Natural Soy Candle with Pine & Frankincense is made using ethically sourced soy wax. The 105g candles will burn for up to 25 hours.

The Winter Woodland Reed Diffuser with Pine & Frankincense has a beautiful 100ml bottle which is really heavy and should last a good few weeks, turning the sticks once a week.

The Winter Woodland scent has crisp Alpine pine and heady frankincense and fills your home with a warm, comforting smell that's familiar, but really wouldn't be out of place in a chalet on a snowy alpine slope. It's a really pleasant smell that isn't overpowering and has a fresh, clean edge.

Celtic Herbal are a Welsh company who hand create luxury skincare and other products. I have previously reviewed the Wellness Gift Box and Gwdihw range of balms for children and teenagers - although I use the lip balm and I'm a smidgen older. Gwdihw means Owl, for wisdom. You can find my previous Celtic Herbal review here.

The Winter Woodland Soy Candle with Pine & Frankincense currently costs £10 and the Winter Woodland Reed Difuser with Pine & Frankincense costs £23.99. Not inexpensive, but these are excellent quality products and very long-lasting.

You can find out more, buy and check out the entire range on the Celtic Herbal website

Mulled wine (thinking of making Caribou - Quebec-style mulled wine - this year as I think the recipe calls for a glug of Canadian whisky, but I went to Canada not long ago and brought some Crown Royal back), fluffy PJs (best I've found so far are from Tofs outlet store), fluffy slippers or slipper socks and some combination of:

    - Good book (currently reading Sarah Waters' 'The Paying Guests', but hoping to finish it soon and get on to Carl Dixon's memoirs, 'Strange Way to Live')
    - Festive tunes (Slade, 'Merry Xmas Everybody'; Greg Lake 'I Believe in Father Christmas'; The Darkness, 'Don't Let the Bells End'; AC/DC, 'Mistress for Christmas'; Billy Idol, 'Yelling at the Christmas Tree'; Lemmy, 'Run Rudolph Run'; Sir Christopher Lee, 'Darkest Carols, Faithful Sing'; Spinal Tap, 'Christmas with the Devil'; Inkubus Sukkubus, 'Hail the Holly King')
    - A DVD of a wonderful gig, preferably one I was at (top of my list this year is Lacuna Coil, 'The 1.19 Show': I was on the barrier and man, did it rock!)
    - The Xmas issue of the Iron Maiden Fan Club magazine.
